Receiving and Returning Phone Calls
Doctors will take urgent calls when clinically necessary.
For non-urgent requests, your doctor will return your call. Please provide your details to reception.
Telehealth appointments are available for our current patients. Please phone reception to book. A private fee is applicable and payable on the day. If you are an active patient, you are eligible for a Medicare rebate.
* $25 for private patients
* $55 for Flumist – for private patients ages 5-17yrs
* Free (Bulk Billed) for patients eligible under the NSW Government program,
including:
. Children 6 months to under 5 years (Govt supplied Flumist only available
for 2 – 4yrs old)
. Adults 65 years and over
. Pregnant women (at any stage of pregnancy)
. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 6 months and over
. People aged 6 months and over with specified medical risk conditions
